A Little About Me

It started so far back I can't recall when I first needed to write. Those who know me might consider me an oddball. But that's okay, I describe myself that way too. Back during COVID, when we were all stressed and told to isolate...I turned from dabbling around with writing to wondering if I should take it seriously.  There were so many stories rambling around up in my head-attic...I figured I should write some of them down or no one would ever know they existed. Being a single man who doesn't have children...or a girlfriend, or a profession, or any money in the bank...I figured I better get busy. Instead of focusing on all the things I didn't have (which is a mighty big list) I decided to channel my energy into the things that I did, which surprisingly, is an even  bigger list. First I checked God, and He said it was okay. He's given me an excellent command of the English language and has shown me enough places, has let me meet enough different kinds of folks... and I've had so many up-and-down experiences of a varying variety that only something like a yo-yo could relate. So here goes...time to get these stories out of my head and INTO the writing zone.  Bobby Whitman, circa 2026
